What is Qigong?
Qi  (Chi) - means universal energy or life force
Gong (Kung) - means the practice of cultivation

Qigong, originating in ancient China, is the practice of cultivating universal energy. It has been explored and developed for millennia through a variety of forms in medical, martial arts and monastic settings. Qigong practice brings the benefits of greater understanding and an expansion of the human potential in mind, body and spirit.

Both Hen and Juliet practice a Qigong form called Huagong.

Hua - means transformation

Huagong is a creative, healing and transformational form of Qigong discovered and developed by Qigong masters Zhixing Wang and Zhendi Wu. Above all, it is a spiritual practice which places primary emphasis on cultivating our connection to the prenatal, cosmic Qi. The practice permeates into all aspects of daily life and supports many rich and expansive expressions, often manifesting in inspirational creative practices, or unusual healing abilities.
